Cancellation Policy

As our busiest time of year and with lots of illnesses going around, we kindly ask you to refresh yourselves on our salon’s cancellation policies.

We require 48 hours’ notice if an appointment is to be cancelled; any cancellations within the 48 hours will incur a 50% charge for the value of the scheduled appointment. This is the same for any no-show appointments.

Please reply to your confirmation texts. This automatically confirms or cancels your appointment on our computer. if you haven’t received a text 72 hours prior to your booking then please call us and we can check your details.

New clients are required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to your booking. If you have made a colour booking online please be sure to book a patch test and consultation appointment beforehand. You can book this through our website.
