Q. I have an appointment in November during the closure, what will happen to my appointment?

We will keep you in our list and will contact you should we have any cancellations in December, if we don’t manage to book you in to December then you will get priority for January.

Q. When are we re-opening the salon?

Currently the date mentioned by the government is the 2nd of December but this is not really set in stone and can change nearer the time. We will make an announcement closer to the time.

Q. I need to cancel my appointment, what is the best way to do this?

The best way to cancel any appointments is to send us an email directly or via the website.

Q. I Have tried to book online but this doesn’t seem to be working?

We have closed the online booking facility until we can plan the opening of the salon.

Q. How can I book a future appointment?

We are not accepting any future appointments until we know the exact date we can re-open. We will know this in advance and will let everyone know.

Q. What happens if I have prepaid a deposit for an online booking?

All deposits made via online booking have been recorded against your salon account, if you wish to cancel the booking you can request a refund via email.
