COVID-19

At Viva our priority is ensuring the safety of our team and clients. Therefore we have had to adjust a few things to meet government guidelines so we can re-open and ensure everyone is in a safe environment. Please read the guidelines before your next appointment.

  • Please wait outside the salon when you arrive until your stylist calls you in.
  • Please come alone to your appointment. (Our waiting area is out of use for children, friends and family).
  • Masks must be worn at all times. We will be providing masks at a small cost for people that do not have one.
  • Please sanitise your hands on arrival, before entering the salon.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. Appointments will be scheduled to prevent overlap and allow time to disinfect stations between clients. If you are 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule you.
  • We will not be providing refreshments and magazines at this stage. Feel free to bring a flask/bottle and we can fill it for you.
  • We will temporarily be running limited services to ensure essentials are covered. (No blowdries, balayage or colour corrections).
  • If you have used a box dye on your hair you will be required to have a strand test and consultation first.
  • If you feel ill within 48 hours of your appointment or any other member of your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19 please DO NOT attend.
  • If you have travelled outside the UK within 2 weeks of your appointment please DO NOT attend.
