Please complete the colour patch test form

At Viva our priority is ensuring the safety of our team and clients. Therefore we have had to adjust a few things to meet government guidelines so we can re-open and ensure everyone is in a safe environment. Please read the guidelines before your next appointment.

  • Patch Testing: At the salon we require clients to have a patch test 48hours prior to your booking if you fall under any of the following categories. Please inform us if you are a new client, you haven't had colour service with us within 6 months, if you have used a box-dye since your last colour appointment or if you have had an illness since your last visit that effects your immune system such as COVID-19. Such illnesses can cause new allergies and cause your body to overreact to colour treatment so it is essential we test your skin for any reaction. If you haven't informed within 48hours of your appointment we will be unable to carry out the colour service.
  • Please come alone to your appointment. (Our waiting area is out of use for children, friends and family).
  • Masks are optional, but we appreciate some of you would rather us wear them during your appointment. Please just ask.
  • Please sanitise your hands on arrival, before entering the salon.
  • If you feel ill within 48 hours of your appointment or any other member of your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19 please DO NOT attend your appointment but please do call us to cancel. The best way to cancel your appointment is online, either on our website or via the MySalonApp.  If you feel ill after your appointment please contact the salon to inform us.
